Welcome to Liberte Pilates.
Welcome to Liberte Pilates, our beautiful Reformer studio, situated in the heart of Norah Head on the NSW Central Coast. We are so happy to welcome you into our studio and look forward to helping you along your Pilates journey. Our studio caters for all levels of Pilates experience and fitness levels and our aim is to make you feel comfortable in our space yet challenged while working out. One of the best things about Group Pilates classes, is that you really can challenge everyone differently, all within the one class. We are also the home of Liberte Pilates Training Centre and offer Pilates workshops, Online Courses, Pilates Instructor Training Programs and Mentorships and Retreats, to help grow and nurture our Pilates industry and those wanting to learn more about Pilates and themselves.
About us
I have been teaching Pilates for 20 years, and over those years I have continued to learn, study and practice Pilates consistently. I like to take people through a Pilates class that challenges them yet also teaches them about their body, limitations, strengths, weaknesses etc along the way. I love that you are not only doing a Pilates workout but also learning at the same time, which I believe is the best way to progress and make change. Come and try a class to see what it’s all about.

Our 2 classes per week membership is an affordable option if coming twice per week and works out at just 17.50 per class. *Memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks and 4 weeks notice of cancellation. They can be put on hold at anytime.

Our 3 classes per week membership is an affordable option if coming three times per week and works out at just over 15 per class. *Memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks and 4 weeks notice of cancellation. They can be put on hold at anytime.
Unlimited

Our Unlimited membership allows you to do as many classes per week as you like and can work out from as little as 8 per class. *Memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks and 4 weeks notice of cancellation. They can be put on hold at anytime.
