Made from 100% Recycled Plastic bottles, sustainable and, of course, earth-friendly.
Our beautiful Pilates mats are sustainable and made from 100% recycled plastic bottles (RPET) so they are friendly to our Earth.
Recycled PET (RPET) is a high quality and strong microfibre made from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles. Labels are removed from the bottles, bottles are crushed and washed, and from the recycled plastic chips new RPET yarns are spun. From these yarns the new RPET fabric is woven.
Recycled PET is an eco-friendly material as we reduce the production of new plastic and recycle old plastic into new plastic. Thus we are also keeping the bottles out of the landfills and oceans. In addition the production of RPET is less energy consuming. A proper way to conserve natural resources and reduce the burden on the environment.
