The Online Studio

How much does the Online Studio cost?

Membership to the Online Studio is a one-time cost of only $27. You get access to over 100 videos, with more being added every month.

I'm a beginner, can I join?

Absolutely. Our Pilates classes are suitable for all levels of Pilates experience and fitness level. You'll always be provided with ways to modify each exercise to your level within the class. If you feel you would benefit with going right back to basics, I recommend our Pilates 101 course.

What class should I start with?

Upon joining our Online Studio, you will be emailed an action plan of the best classes to start with, otherwise you can start with any class you like!

Do you offer Reformer or just Mat classes?

We currently offer online Mat classes, with Reformer classes coming soon. The Reformer classes will require a small monthly payment.

Do I need equipment?

All you need is a Pilates mat and a device to access the online course content. (phone/tablet/laptop/smart TV). If you choose the Reformer version (when available), you will need your own Reformer and a device.

What if I need help with the classes?

We've got your back. You can email us at hello@libertepilates.com anytime with questions and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund on the course?

The purchase of your course gives you instant access to all the information and course content so we are unable to offer refunds.

I have injuries, can I still do the classes?

Yes. Although it depends on the nature of your injury. It's always advisable to seek clearance from your practitioner before engaging in any form of exercise after injury. Alternatively, you can email or call us and we will help you with your best options.

Beginners course

How does the Pilates 101 course work?

Our Pilates 101 Beginners course is the perfect place to start your Pilates journey or perhaps just refresh your knowledge of Pilates. It's a 6 week program offered at different times throughout the year (see our Pilates 101 page to find our next start date). You are provided with information, step by step videos and Pilates workouts to increase your knowledge of Pilates by starting right at the beginning.

Can I join anytime?

The Pilates 101 Beginners course is offered only a few times per year. You can add your name to the waitlist for the upcoming course if you missed out on the previous one. We have limited access to ensure that we can provide one-on-one service to anyone who needs it over the duration of the program.

What if I can't finish the course?

You can still work at your own pace and in your own time. We encourage everyone to join in together over the the 6 weeks as you will form your own Pilates community through our Facebook group and have access to us for the entirety of the program and beyond! Plus, it's fun to work and learn together.

The Pilates 101 Beginners course has two separate courses - one for Mat Pilates and one for starting the Reformer. They vary quite a lot in information so it's recommended to do both if you do own a Reformer, to increase your knowledge and understanding of Pilates on both.

Pilates Mats

Are the mats environmentally friendly?

Absolutely. Our Pilates mats are made from 100% Recycled Used Plastic bottles and 100% Natural Rubber. They are sustainable, eco-friendly and also biodegradable. You can read more about this process and how they are produced on our Home page.

Are the mats vegan friendly?

Yes, 100%.

How do I clean my mat?

They can be thrown in the washing machine and hung out on the line to dry! You can vacuum over them or spot clean with water and a sponge, and brush once dry.

Can I return my mat or equipment?

Only if faulty upon receiving, in which case you can call or email us to arrange the return and you will be provided with a new one.

What size are the mats?

Our mats come in both Adult and Child sizes so you're little one can follow along with you or complete their own classes. Adult size is 183 x 61cm. Child size is 153 x 61cm (ideally suited for 3-12 years).

Do you use plastic packaging?

No, we don't use any plastic packaging in any aspect of our business.
